Daisy's approach as a clinician is practical and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — but these evidence-based approaches aren't one-size-fits-all. She uses these frameworks alongside genuine connection, trust, and mutual respect to work collaboratively and flexibly with each client and their unique life and circumstances. Together, she and her clients work to understand what's showing up and getting in the way, and find more workable ways of responding and moving toward the life each client truly wants.

Daisy works with adults and older adolescents in-person and virtually, for a few sessions or over years.

Daisy primarily treats anxiety disorders, mood disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias, panic attacks, panic disorder, trauma, misophonia, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), and habits like skin picking or hair pulling.

Daisy’s current rate is $275/50 minute session. She is able to offer a small number of sliding scale opportunities based on self-reported need.
