About

As an undergraduate, Daisy studied public health and the history of science at the University of Pennsylvania and then worked for four years in the Research Partnerships Department at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. She then went on to earn a Master’s of Science from Georgetown University in Health and the Public Interest and a Master's of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work. At Columbia, Daisy concentrated in clinical work and participated in the New York State Office of Mental Health Project for Evidence-Based Practice in Mental Health.

After Social Work School, Daisy spent four years at The Reeds Center as a Fellow and Masters-Level Clinician, where she received training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal, STAIR-NST, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills for adults and adolescents, and Behavioral Activation.

Outside of her clinical training, Daisy has completed over 400 hours of advanced training in yoga and meditation.
